As well as having Britain's largest collection of tigers, the Isle of Wight Zoo is also home to lions, leopards, jaguars, lemurs, monkeys, snakes, spiders and lizards. All animals are kept within naturalist enclosures.

Zoo, conservation area and rain forest.  Home to 200 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, insects, amphibians and fish.  Visitors can see tropical birds flying about the rainforest, a crocodile in the pond, a falconry display and endangered species in the zoo.
Robin Hill Countryside Adventure Park, Newport,

Set in 88 acres of countryside, there is something for everyone at this country park, including woodland walks, toboggan runs, hillbilly slides, swingship, bird watching and falconry displays.  Three to four hours of activities and attractions. 
Brickfields Horse Country, Binstead Ryde, 01983 566801

A complete selection of horses and ponies can found at Brickfields, these include miniature Shetland ponies, which do not grow any bigger than 34 inches, donkeys, miniature jack donkey, and jenny donkeys, a mule, shire horses and thoroughbred horses.  In addition, there are an array of farm animals, and during the high season six or seven pigs race in Porkers Paradise!  There is also a museum with carriages and radios.

The Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary, Wroxall, 01983 852693

The Donkey Sanctuary was established in 1987 to provide a home for donkeys in distress or need of care and attention.  The sanctuary is now home to over 200 donkeys, set in 50 acres of land.
