Opened in 1965 and named after the French actress who made her name locally, the theatre stages local touring shows, of which many transfer to the West End. Ballet, opera and regular children's events, along with comedy, contemporary dance, music and pantomimes are all staged here. TopGolf is played at a state-of-the-art golf driving range, using real golf balls, real golf tees and real golf clubs, on a real driving range, but more sophisticated! A microchip inside each golf ball at provides instant feedback to a screen in each player’s bay about how far the ball was hit and the accuracy of each shot. Its location in the grounds of Hampton Court Palace, in front of the palace is quite spectacular and is open generally from 10am to 10pm.
