The Trout Inn
Stylish pub in an idyllic location on the banks of the River Thames. The Trout is a beautiful old pub, stylish and welcoming to all. As well running a restaurant serving very good food, visitors can relax in the bar where the Trout positively welcomes drinkers.
The building dates back to the 17th century and became an inn during the 19th century. The bar has much character with flagstone floors, log burners and traditional seating. The Trout is a free house serving Cask ales.
Garden
Relax in the large garden that overlooks the Thames, which is a great stopping-off point for sailors with six moorings. Take advantage of the riverside location with a stroll along the Thames.
Restaurant
The restaurant enjoys views over the garden, and uses to best local ingredients, with an emphasis on fish, shellfish and local game. The “Sausage Club” occurs every Thursday lunchtime and evening, with a selection of unusual, delicious sausage dishes. To have a look at the menus please click here.

This is a professional run family pub and they endeavour to make the Trout as child friendly as possible, with a decent children’s menu and plenty of games/toys.
