| Chinese New Year Celebrations, London, 020 7851 6686 The Chinese New Year falls on the 26th January 2009 and the London Chinatown Chinese Association will hold the Chinese New Year celebrations on the streets of London on the 1st February. The main celebrations will take place in Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Chinatown and Shaftesbury Avenue with a mixture of entertainment spread out over these locations including a main stage of international artists displaying dragon dances, food courts, stalls, marquees, fireworks and firecrackers. |
