Small chocolatier supplying luxury hand crafted chocolates.  In addition, they also run chocolate craft days where attendees are shown how to make their own chocolates, and get to take home the results!

Lying on a seven mile stretch of the River Trent, Kimbridge offers some of the best chalk stream trout fishing in the UK.  Providing a quiet, secluded fly fishing venue for day ticket and season ticket holders alike.  Only six day tickets are released per day.
Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, Romney, 01797 362353

The Romney Hythe and Dimchurch Railway began life in 1927 as the "world's smallest public railway".  Eighty years later it continues to run along the 14 mile track between Hythe and Dungeness, stopping at six stations in between, allowing passengers to jump on and off.  Best known for its fleet of one third full size steam and diesel locomotives.  Other than January, the trains run most of the year, with varying timetables.

Bradgate Manor offers training facilities and meeting rooms for business, and also hosts courses/workshops on flower arranging, sailing, gardening, art workshops, first aid, horticultural and nutrition, throughout the year.  Courses last for between 2 to five hours.
Ringwood Brewery, Ringwood, Hampshire, 01425 471177

On Wednesday afternoons during the summer, Ringwood Brewery gives pre-arranged guided tours of the brewery, lasting one and half to two hours.  During this time they show the hops and malted barleys used to make beer, and give a beer tasting.  Ringwood Brewery was founded in 1978 and brews various beers including Old Thumper,  
The Fairground Craft and Design Centre, Andover, 01264 773438

Outdoor centre with high quality craft workshops, promoting artists and designer/makers.  Set in an acre of land, there are at least 12 artists/craft companies, a gallery to view contemporary art, a cafe and a chocolatier.
Wickham Vineyard, Shedfield, 01329 834042

Wickham Vineyard Estate is located in 40 acres of land in the Hampshire countryside, with 18 acres allocated to vines.  An audio guided tour gives the visitor the history of English wine, and process of wine making that the vineyard goes through over a period of a year.  The winery is housed in a 200 year old barn, and eight acres of the estate is devoted to a nature reserve.

Get an elevated view of the New Forest from an open top bus that runs during the summer months.  Hop on and off at your leisure with a one day ticket.  Different stop-off points throughout the forest.

Fly up to 300ft across the South East of England in a balloon.  Flights last around an hour and distance covered is anything between two to twenty miles, depending on the wind!  Adventure balloons are based in Hampshire, but flights can be taken across the South East in Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Kent, Berkshire and Sussex.
Watercress Railway Line (Mid-Hants Railway), Alresford, Hampshire, 01962 733810

The Mid-Hants railway operates the Watercress Railway Line across ten miles of scenic Hampshire countryside. As well as general rail journies, dining carriages run at certain times of years offering silver service dining. For the younger enthusiasts, Thomas the Tank and friends will be visiting for rides, races and entertainment at selected dates throughout 2008.

Amateur Horse Racing, Point-to-Point, South East, 0207 152 000

Point-to-Point racing is amateur steeplechase racing, often held on farm land, throughout the South East.  They are great basic racing events where you can often drive close up to the track and have a picnic, and are fun for the whole family.  The season runs from December to June with events mostly taking place at weekends. Most of the races are 3 miles with a minimum of 18 fences.  Horses that start of as amateurs at point-to-points often go on to become good National Hunt racehorses.
Setley Ridge Vineyard, Brockenhurst, 01590 622246

English vineyard located in the middle of the New Forest National Park.  Setley Ridge grow the grapes, produce the wine and bottle the wine on site, and group tours can be arranged to see how the whole process is done.  The shop sells their own wines as well as guest wines and other local produce.

Steam Dreams, Various Destinations, 01483 209888

For a different day out, why not go on a Steam Dreams train journey.  The steam train return day trips travel to various destinations in Great Britain, particularly in the South including Bath, Bristol, Chester, Warwick, Exeter, York and Oxford, to name but a few.  Tickets are available in standard class carriages, first class and in luxurious dining carriages.  Light snacks and cold platters are available to buy in standard and first class carriages, but for a real treat why not dine in the luxury dining carriage where travellers are served with breakfast or brunch on the outward journey and a four course meal on return. Trains leave London Kings Cross, Waterloo or Victoria and depending on the destination, some stations just outside London.
