Have a fantastic day racing at the newly redeveloped Ascot race course.  Ascot racecourse dates back 300 years and is home to the most famous race meeting in the world, Royal Ascot in June.  Jump and flat race meetings take place throughout the year.

Situated on the River Blackwater on the borders of Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, this activity centre is set in 22 acres of sheltered waters, surrounded by woodland, offering varied activities that include windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, dragon boating, archery, orienteering, nature trails and beach volleyball.  Courses range from one day upwards.

Newbury Racecourse is home to the famous Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup. There are three enclosures at the course, one of which is the Picnic Enclosure.  Over thirty race meetings are held annually, including day time and evenings events. Under 18’s are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

The Royal Windsor Racecourse is idyllically located on the Banks of the River Thames.  Various types of racing events are staged throughout the year including Monday night meetings during the summer months, family fun days, ladies nights and the Festival held in June. The figure of eight course has three enclosures.

Point-to-Point racing is amateur steeplechase racing, often held on farm land, throughout the South East.  They are great basic racing events where you can often drive close up to the track and have a picnic, and are fun for the whole family.  The season runs from December to June with events mostly taking place at weekends. Most of the races are 3 miles with a minimum of 18 fences.  Horses that start of as amateurs at point-to-points often go on to become good National Hunt racehorses.

Downshire Golf Complex, members and 'pay and play' course, has a Par 73 18-hole championship course, with water hazards on 13 of the holes.  There is also a 9-hole pitch and putt course, golf shop and a 30-bay floodlit driving range, some of which have Power Tees.

Tenpin is the biggest chain of bowling centres in the UK, with centres across the South East.  General facilities include numerous bowling lanes, American and English pool tables, amusements, Cosmic Bowling and dining. Centres in Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Kent.

Based on the Thames at Windsor, Runnymede and Maidenhead, French Brother cruise to from and from each of the locations and to Hampton Court.  They also run special seasonal events cruises that include a Mother’s Day Cruise, Santa Special and boats to the races at Windsor.

Hollywood Bowl has bowling centres throughout the UK and centres specifically in Bracknell and Crawley.  Both centres have at least 24 lanes, games arcade areas and cafes.
