| Point-to-Point, South East, 0207 152 000 Point-to-Point racing is amateur steeplechase racing, often held on farm land, throughout the South East. They are great basic racing events where you can often drive close up to the track and have a picnic, and are fun for the whole family. The season runs from December to June with events mostly taking place at weekends. Most of the races are 3 miles with a minimum of 18 fences. Horses that start of as amateurs at point-to-points often go on to become good National Hunt racehorses. |
