Trail Break provides off-road cycling to all those people that had been motivated enough to buy a bike but don’t know how or where to use it.

Established in 1994 as a local mountain bike club called Quad Squad, it proved so popular that they have expanded opening up their services and events all over the country. Trail Break provide more mountain bike events and service more people than anyone in the UK

From day one, Trail Break has kept to its original aims and set out to provide new events and services that satisfied what people were really looking for - combining the excitement and physical challenges of mountain biking with the social aspects of a laid back sport. They have always maintained a commitment to bringing novices into the sport and helping them develop the skill and confidence to progress as riders, as well as catering for experienced mountain bikers.

Trail Break run various regular cycle events, just some examples are listed below, however for more information about the events below and other events coming up, click on their website above.

Southern Trail Rides

Maybe you need some new places to ride or new people to ride with. Whether you've been around the same old routes once too often or you're just getting into this exciting sport and want to know how to get the most out of it or if you just want an excuse for a great day out on the bike, try the Southern Trail Rides.

The Southern Trail Rides are designed to make great riding simple. They work out the best routes, mark them out for you to follow and even provide a marked up map - all you need to do is turn up and ride.

The Saturday morning rides run monthly throughout the year and offer a great way of keeping your riding fresh. Come along and see why they are the most popular monthly events in the calendar.

SheCycles at the Southern Trail Rides!

Ride with the SheCycles team, get the lowdown on the world of women’s cycling and enjoy a great day out on trails in good company!

Southern 100s

The Southern 100s brings three classic Enduros to the South of England. Each event will feature a full 100km epic route, with a choice of (approx) 60 and 40km shorter options available. All routes will feature full route marking, you'll be supplied with a back up map and GPS route downloads will be available. Free SIS energy drink will be available for all riders and the 100k and 60k routes feature a manned support station with free snacks (the 40k route includes an unmanned drinks point on the trail). Navigator Racing

One of the most exciting and enduring forms of MTB competition. These open hill events call for navigational skill and judgement combined with fitness, speed and skill on the bike - the complete mountain biking package.

The events attract a range of different riders from sponsored racers to family teams - there's a category for everyone. Whether you want test your navigation skills on the fly against the clock, develop your skills and confidence as a mountain biker or just enjoy a more stimulating days riding than pre-marked course events can offer, Navigator Racing is your event.
