Part of Queen Mary's College, Central Studio is a small theatre and music venue showing a mixture of college, amateur, touring productions, and theatre shows for children.  Central studio sits 130, Queen Mary's Hall 400 seats and Kiln Studio 50 seats, showing a mixture of film, comedy, dance and theatre.

A converted Edwardian school, the Phoenix Theatre holds more than thirty professional shows a year that include drama, musicals, comedy and one-man shows.  It also hosts music, dance and film events, and for the younger enthusiast there is Kids Art and a Youth Theatre Group.

Havant Art Centre puts on an array of entertainment for adults and children.  For children there are various workshops that run in and out of school terms, and include creating things, performing and dancing.  There is also a children's theatre and film centre.  Adult workshops include dance and sculpture classes.  Theatre, music, cinema and exhibitions also take place at the Arts Centre.

The Anvil Trust manages three of Basingstoke's arts and entertainment sites, The Anvil, The Forge and The Haymarket.  Each venue holds various shows and events throughout the year covering drama, music, dance and comedy.

The Mayflower is one of the largest theatres in the South, and is one of the three most successful regional threatres in the UK.  Touring musicals, many direct from the West End, Opera, Ballet, Music and comedy, are all staged at the Mayflower.  Past shows have included Chicago, Miss Saigon, Fame, Jesus Christ Superstar, Swan Lake on Ice and the Bolshoi Ballet.

A multi-purpose venue with terraced seating of 595 in the main auditorium, hosting over 50 shows a year.  Past shows have included Snow White on Ice, the Moscow Ballet and Sing-a-long-a Sound of Music.

The Southampton Guildhall was built in 1937 and is today a key venue offering diverse entertainment with comedy, classical orchestras, family entertainment, rock and pop.  The most popular events are rock and pop with well known performers staging events here.
