We are fantatical about county shows, eating out, country pubs and horse racing, to name but a few things, however we have found it difficult to find out about events such as country shows, craft fairs, balloon festivals etc.  Pink Bubbly was set up to make it easy to find these type of events and more, for like minded people in the future. 

Over the years we have collected guide books on pubs and hotels, and have often been thoroughly dissappointed on arrival at what was given a magnificent write up, for the reality to be very different.  Pink Bubbly aims to give you a selection of great pubs, whether because of their location,  quality of food, atmosphere, or whatever reason it may be that makes a good pub.   Likewise, we intend finding good pub accommodation, and luxury hotels in which to stay.

We constantly find it difficult to find good days out with children, particularly teenagers, without spending hours searching on the Internet - and even then we often find nothing.  Pink Bubbly intends to find these places for you, so you don't have to spend hours searching.    There are many great places and events where to take children, and often these places are a distance away, but they are worth the journey. 

Perhaps like us, and our friends, you enjoy going out as a group for Sunday lunch.  Our friends named our outings "The Sunday Lunch Club", but we soon run out of ideas for places to go.  Pink Bubbly will regularly add suggestions where to go for Sunday lunch,  places to have breakfast, exquisite afternoon teas, and good restaurants.

Why is Pink Bubbly different from our competitors?

• This is our hobby as well as our business, we are passionate about great days out, of all types.
• We will constantly be adding new suggestions, and updating existing lists, so there will be new ideas every time you visit the site.
• There is a calender of events listing annual shows, fairs, festivals etc.
• We will not ask you to drill down so much that your selection is limited, for instance we will not ask you for postcodes for you to search an event.
• Ease of use: we want to make this site easy to navigate, so that you don't have to struggle to find information.
• We understand that you might travel a little further for something good, so we only ask you to choose your destination by county, not town.
• We don't just suggest days out for families, but adults too.
• Where possible, we will list a selection of restaurants, hotels and pubs close to events, so you know where to stop off, if you wish.
• Living in the South East ourselves means we have a better idea of the area, and can get out and see more places to potentially list on this site.
• Users can subscribe to a free monthly newsletter, keeping people informed.
• We attempt to only list good, quality, places and events, and not open up the site to anybody who will pay.
