Advertisements & Feaured Listings

The term "advertisement" refers to the material on the banners and buttons on the Pink Bubbly website, and Pink Bubbly's newsletter, supplied by the advertiser.

The term "advertiser" refers to the person/company giving the order to place the advertisement with Pink Bubbly.

The term "featured listing" or "full listing" refers to detailed information including contact details, website information and images given by a company to place on the Pink Bubbly website.  This is different from a basic listings that exist that only provide a few lines of information, city/town location and telephone number.

The term "Client" refers to the person/company giving the order to place a featured listing or advertisement on the Pink Bubbly website.

It will be taken that you completely accept the following terms and conditions once you agree to book an advertisement and/or place a featured listing with Pink Bubbly. 

Advertising and/or Featured Listings are Subject to the Following Terms and Conditions:

1)  In the absence of any prior written agreement between Pink Bubbly and the Advertiser and/or     Client, payment for advertisements and featured listings should be received a minimum of 7      days prior to appearing on the site or in the Newsletter, or 7 days from issue date of invoice.

2)  Where Pink Bubbly has expressly agreed in writing to give the advertiser/client  credit, the time  for payment shall be no longer that the close of business on the 30th day following the date of      the invoice.

3)  In the event that payment is not made by the due date Pink Bubbly will charge an additional      5%, per day, on the total invoice, until payment is cleared.

4)  In the event of late payment Pink Bubbly can postpone or cancel the appearance of                  advertisements and/or featured listings until full payment is received. 

5)  Any additional charges to be paid within 7 days of date of invoice particularising them.

6)  Pink Bubbly has the right to refuse advertising and feature listings.

7)  Advertisements and featured listings copy must be received in the format specified. If copy is     not received in the format requested and as a result this delays appearance, the                           advertiser/client may still be charged.

8)  Copy for advertisements and featured listings must be received on time.  In the event that that it is not received on time and this delays the advertisement and/or featured listing appearing,      the advertiser/client may still be charged.

9)  Pink Bubbly has the right at its descretion to decline to publish, or to omit, suspend, alter, edit,  crop, resize and reformat any advertisement and/or featured listing.  However, Pink Bubbly will      use reasonable efforts to comply with the specified written requirements of the advertiser/client.

10) Advertisers/clients wishing to cancel advertisements and/or featured listings are required to       give three months notice.

11) All cancellations should be received by Pink Bubbly in writing.

12) Pink Bubbly reserves the right to cancel an advertisement and/or featured listing if the              advertiser/client has failed to pay any monies to Pink Bubbly on or before the due date.

13) Any series discounts or reduced rates granted by Pink Bubbly for multiple insertions apply only   in the event that, and are conditional upon, all advertisements/featured listings contemplated      are placed.  In the event that the advertiser/client cancels or does not conclude any series or          multiple advertisements/featured listings, the advertiser/client relinquishes the right to the           discount or reduced rate and advertisements/listings will be charged and paid for at the full           ratecard rate specified on the Pink Bubbly website.

14) By agreeing to advertise and/or place a featured listing with Pink Bubbly, the advertiser/client    hereby agrees to Pink Bubbly a worldwide licence to reproduce, display and copy the                     advertisement and/or featured listing on Pink Bubbly website, and its newsletter.

15)  Any information supplied with connection to the advertisement and/or featured listing is           legal, decent, truthful, accurate, complete and true.

16)  Pink Bubbly does not and cannot guarantee response to advertisements/featured listings and  is therefore not liable to any claims, costs, proceedings, damages, losses, demands,                 expenses or liability whatsoever as a result advertisements/featured listings receiving no            response from appearing on the Pink Bubbly website or newsletter.

17)  If Pink Bubbly does not publish advertisements/featured listings on the website or in the          newsletter, for whatever reason, Pink Bubbly is not liable for any compensation, costs, claims        proceedings, damages, losses, demands, expenses or liability whatsoever to the                         advertiser/client.

18)  If any term shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part, under any               enactment or rule of law, such term or part shall to that extent be deamed not to form part of       our agreement with the advertiser/client, but the validity and enforceability of remainingt terms       and continuation remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforcefull.

Featured Listings 

1) Pink Bubbly reserves the right to add, change and delete any information a client may provide   for the featured listings category.

2) When a client pays to list on the Pink Bubbly website, the client is paying for the right to appear in one category only.  The category in which the client is to appear is agreed with Pink Bubbly prior to publication on the site.  

3) It is at  Pink Bubby's discretion as to whether it is deemed appropriate for a client's featured listing to appear in additional categories on the Pink Bubbly website.

4) Should Pink Bubbly allow a clients featured listing to appear in additional categories on the Pink Bubbly website, the client has the right to refuse the said addtional categories.
